Ground-up campus facility

Conrad Commons is part of a long-running partnership with Northwest Nazarene University — a relationship spanning more than 25 completed campus projects and recognised in 2021 with the Eugene Emerson Award.

Campus work carries constraints that ordinary commercial projects do not. The academic calendar sets the schedule rather than the other way round, students and faculty remain on site throughout, and the finished building has to match a campus aesthetic that already exists.

The result is a facility built to institutional durability standards, delivered on a calendar the university could plan around.
