We provide one dedicated point of contact throughout design and construction to streamline decisions and ensure clear accountability.
In traditional delivery the owner holds two contracts and sits between them. When something doesn't work, the designer and the builder each have a reasonable case that it was the other's responsibility, and the owner pays for the gap.
Design-build removes that gap. One team carries design and construction together, which means the budget informs the drawings from the first sketch and there is a single line of accountability from concept through final walk-through.
